This is a United States Mint 2002 50 State Quarters Proof Set, featuring the Tennessee, Ohio, Louisiana, Indiana, and Mississippi quarters in their original plastic display case with outer box. The box shows some wear and a small torn corner, but the coins themselves look bright and untouched.
A fun little slice of 2002 history for the coin collectors or state quarter completists out there.
